The Studio

The Studio expresses itself in a private and peaceful atmosphere, favourable for a conscious, controlled and systematic body work.

As an excellent space for physical practice, Pilates Rita Moura® has all the means for a wholesome hygienic environment, lauded in the use of the Studio, possessing bathhouses for both women and men as well as climate controlling and proper air renewal systems.

The Studio is equipped with specific equipments of the Pilates Method – Cadillac, Reformer, Combo Chair, Exo Chair, Springboard, Ladder Barrel and Spine Correctors as well as various accessories – Fit Balls, Softballs , Resistance Bands, Rollers, Free Weights, Spinning Discs and Magic Circles amongst others.
